Lawful Use of the WebsiteYou must not use the website or our services for fraud, unlawful activities, harassment, infringement of intellectual property, unauthorised access or interference with system security.Information you submit must be accurate, and you must be authorised to act for any business or organisation you represent. 3. Client Materials and ApprovalsClients must provide accurate project information and hold the necessary rights to supplied logos, photographs, videos, music, customer data and other materials.Clients must provide authorised account access and timely approvals through the agreed process. We may request supporting evidence or refuse material that violates applicable law, platform policies or our Copyright & Responsible Advertising Policy. 4. Fees and PaymentsFees, applicable taxes, payment dates and advertising budgets will be set out in the accepted quotation or service agreement. Advertising spend and third-party charges will be identified separately where applicable.Additional work outside the agreed scope requires mutual agreement on the resulting fees and timelines. Any suspension for overdue payment will follow the agreed terms and applicable law. 5. Timelines and ChangesDelivery depends on agreed requirements, timely client inputs and approvals, and relevant third-party services. We will communicate material delays and agree on necessary adjustments.Changes to scope, deliverables or revision requirements may affect fees and schedules and must be agreed by both parties. 6. Cancellation and RefundsCancellation, termination and refund requests will be handled according to the accepted service agreement and applicable law.Any refundable balance will be assessed transparently against work completed, agreed commitments and legitimate non-recoverable third-party charges. Recoverable unused advertising funds will be accounted for in the settlement. These Terms do not remove any statutory refund rights. 7. Responsible Advertising and Meta RequirementsWe will not knowingly publish or run false, misleading, fraudulent or deceptive posts or advertisements.Campaigns must comply with applicable laws and platform policies. Where required, Meta Special Ad Category selection, advertiser authorisation, identity verification and approved “Paid for by” disclaimers must be completed before relevant advertisements are launched.Customer data used for advertising must have the necessary permissions and lawful basis. Our review does not replace the client’s responsibility to provide accurate information and valid permissions.Advertising platforms independently decide approval, delivery and account restrictions. We do not guarantee ad approval, specific reach, leads, sales, rankings or reversal of platform restrictions. 8. Intellectual PropertyClient-supplied materials remain the property of their respective owners. Ownership or licensing of final deliverables will be specified in the accepted proposal or agreement.Our pre-existing tools, templates, software and methods remain ours unless otherwise agreed. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licences. Website content is also governed by our Copyright & Responsible Advertising Policy. 9. Confidentiality and PrivacyBoth parties will protect confidential information received during a project and use it only for authorised purposes, except where disclosure is permitted or legally required.Personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and any applicable data-processing agreement. 10. Suspension, Termination and Service AvailabilityServices may be suspended or terminated in accordance with the agreed contract for serious policy violations, unlawful requests or other specified breaches. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.We exercise reasonable care in providing services. Hosting, payment systems, advertising platforms and other external services may experience interruptions outside our control. 11. Liability and Governing LawAny limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, or removes mandatory consumer rights.These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first seek to resolve disputes through discussion. Unresolved disputes may be brought before courts with lawful jurisdiction, subject to any valid dispute-resolution agreement. 12. Updates and ContactRevised Terms will be posted with an updated date and apply prospectively. Changes to an existing paid service agreement require agreement between the parties.
