The challenge

Peakform was spending well into six figures a month on paid social and calling it growth. Revenue was up, but so was cost per acquisition, and nobody could say which campaigns were actually profitable.

The brief was blunt: keep revenue flat if you have to, but make the channel earn its budget. That meant rebuilding measurement before touching a single bid.

What we did

We rebuilt the account around contribution margin rather than volume:

Tracking rebuild — server-side events and offline conversions, so reported returns matched the ledger.Account restructure — campaigns split by intent, with budgets capped until a cohort proved out.Creative system — a weekly testing loop producing eight variants against one clear hypothesis.Landing page tests — every top-spend campaign matched to a page built for that specific promise.
